When it is wear red day, you must wear red everything, including skin and all jewellery, otherwise, the red police come out and throw you into a red cell, where you will be doused with red paint while your clothing is dipped in red dye, only then will you be released into the public (after, of course, a short journey in a red van to the reddest place within 20 miles, before stopping at a red light and being turned loose).
