Popular Nostalgia

Check out the new Popular Nostalgia site – a place where you can recollect your cherished memories from popular culture.

Remember crop tops and shag bands? Rockabilly and winkle-pickers? Tell the world about it on Popular-Nostalgia.com!

I have been involved from the outset with this site, and it’s my new favourite hobby. There’s so much stuff that I want to get written on there – and, unfortunately, not enough time.

The site is quite self explanatory, but essentially you can write about the things that stand out in your own living memory. For example, when your favourite team finally won the cup, or a major world event. Share your memories with the rest of the world!

People can read and rate their favourite memories, and add their own comments – i.e. tell the world what a certain event, moment, tv show or whatever it might be meant to you!

Best of all, the site features video, music & pictures as well as written memories, so we can all relive those cherised (or even long forgotton) memories with the aid of moving pictures…

Get involved. Join in. Best of all, it’s totally free. Costs nothing at all!

Please excuse my shameless plug, though if you’d like to make one of your own in another place, feel free to :)

  1. been there, liked it

  2. I said “best of all” twice, and about different aspects. Nonsensical.

I’ll have to chastise the secretary for not picking that one up.
