Transfer Money Internationally

As always, banks appear to be a little expensive when it comes to transferring money between accounts internationally.

I used Tranzfers to transfer my money from the UK to Australia, and their rates were exceptionally good – charging just £7 for the transaction, and not ripping me off on the exchange rates.

They also allow you to load your transfer, but wait until the exchange rate is better – if you have the time to do this, it can make you a few hundred extra dollars!

If you want to transfer money from an account in Australia, the UK, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sweden or New Zealand, to an account in another of those countries (or regions) then you can.

Click here to visit the website.

The site is pretty secure, and works as fast as your bank will release the money to them – if you transfer from Australia, that is overnight, in Britain, it takes 3 days or so… But that is the British banking systems fault.

Transfer Money Between any of the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Europe (anywhere with the Euro)
  • UK
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • Sweden

It is really easy to register – you just need some proof of ID and an email address – and away you go!

No more expensive money transfers through the banks.
